Leaving My Father’s House
Throw away all the books that tell you how to live.
Live from your heart, forget conventions, open to the moment, express freely in love.
In the world of the heart there is no holding.
Your wounded heart, your rejected self will be healed in this.
Start to live your own life.
Love accepts the darkness and light equally.
The witch (unconscious/shadow) lives in the contracted muscles of your body.
Sink into your body.
Love the fear and the terror.
Accept them.
Learn to live with the fear, rage, and the anger.
Your intuitive voice has the seeds of your soul.
Witch has no joy, no love, no laughter.
Witch rapes the body soul.
She works mechanistically, hoping others see her sacrifice.
She is surrounded by people who want of her.
They do not see how she holds herself isolated in her stone tower.
The witch is the woman reflecting what family, culture, society want from her.
The body has not lived.
With a frozen body, you live in your head.
Live with the love of humanity in your heart.
Trust your body, trust your process.
Listen through the vibrations of your flesh.
Your ancestral mothers—your mother was taught by her mother and her mother was taught by her mother.
They taught you how to sever from your life force.
You watch the life blood trickle out feeling nothing, numb to the wounds you carry.
I (medicine woman) will make you feel the wound; once felt the wound will force you to take the necessary action.
You have seen the world through the eyes of a stone witch; your culture gave you those eyes.
May we all be alive and in reverent presence of our life force.
