Courses provide the practice of eating meditations in the context of theories and support for mindful eating. You will have the opportunity to explore and develop personal insights gleaned from the meals and from others doing the same.

When we bring awareness to a daily habit that is meant to give us life, a habit entirely rooted in self-care, we have the opportunity to uncover hidden beliefs about ourselves and our place in the world. In a supportive atmosphere, people make profound discoveries about their own feelings, thoughts and habits which often are the hidden pieces of their own behaviour puzzles.
You need not have any prior experience with meditation to participate. By joining a group, you can benefit from the self-insights of others; we are often more similar to each other than we assume. Lives have been changed in single sessions of Mindful Meals.
